3Done Prints is a business offering 3D printed products, including personalized items such as: keychains, 3D logos, decorative signs, LED logos, business products and other custom items.

By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that:

You are over 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.

The information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree to these Terms.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the product according to these Terms.

The contract is considered binding once: • The order is confirmed by us, and • Payment is successfully accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of: • Pricing errors, • Product availability, • Suspected fraud.

Most products are customized and made to order.

Colors, dimensions and details may vary slightly from the on-screen display, due to: • Lighting, • Print material, • The nature of 3D technology.

By uploading logos, text or designs, you declare that you have the legal right to use them. 3Done Prints is not responsible for copyright infringements arising from materials submitted by the customer.

All prices are displayed in [EUR or the currency used].

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price of your order is that displayed at the time of confirmation.

Production time is usually 3–7 working days (unless otherwise specified).

Delivery times depend on the shipping company and delivery zone (Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia).

We are not responsible for: • Delays by the shipping company, • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Product risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

As most products are customized, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except when: • The product is damaged, • The product is incorrect due to our error.

In case of problems, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, by sending: • The order number, • Clear photos of the product.

After verification, we may offer: • Product replacement, or • Refund, at our discretion.

All materials on the Website (logos, text, images, designs, graphics) are the property of 3Done Prints and are protected by copyright law.

Copying, reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, 3Done Prints is not liable for: • Indirect losses, • Loss of profit, • Damages arising from misuse of products.

The company's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective product.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website is the one that applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.

Any dispute shall be dealt with by the competent courts in Kosovo.
